Managing a fleet can be tricky business. The last thing you need is a fleet of vehicle fitouts that don’t serve their purpose, or worse still – take too long to be mobilised into action. The VQuip team recognises this, which is why our fitout technicians will collaborate with you to full understand the ins and outs of your fleet and its tasks. This enables us to tailor a fitout that aligns with your precise needs and is lasting, safe and compliant. The VQuip team will then lead you through our design and prototyping stages, ensuring a smooth journey until your fleet hits the road.

Fleet Build Process

Discovery Meeting

Our fitout technician will meet you to get an understanding of your fleet and requirements.

This could involve assessing your current vehicle fitouts and finding out where your fleet ‘pain points’ are.

The team will compile this information and design a fitout configuration that best meets your needs.

Our design and engineering teams will create 3D CGI concept renders of the proposed solution.

Demonstration Meeting

Our fitout technician will meet with you again to present the proposed solution and review the 3D CGI concept renders of the fitout.

At this point we will compile feedback and suggestions from you for any modifications that may need to be made to the design.

Confirmation of Design Specification

Once you’re happy with the proposed fitout design, confirm this with the fitout technician.

Proposal

The VQuip fitout technician will send you a proposal. If needed, you can ask us for a national, fitted price proposal.

Logistics Workshop

We will then introduce you to other members of the VQuip team who you may deal with throughout the build and rollout of your fleet. This will include your dedicated VQuip Account Manager and Operations team members.

Order Placed

Once you’re happy with what has been proposed, you place the order with us to begin the Prototype build.

Timeline & Dates for Prototype

Your dedicated VQuip Account Manager will contact you to confirm timelines and build dates for the Prototype.

Prototype Build

VQuip will complete a Prototype build as a ‘test case’ to ensure the fitout you’re after looks just as good in real life as it does on paper!

Prototype Review Meeting & Feedback

Once the Prototype build has completed, the VQuip team will invite you to come and view the completed fitout. Alternatively, we can provide images and videos for you to review. Any udpates or changes can be captured and updated in the fitout specifications and order, so that they’re included in the fleet rollout.

Fleet Order Confirmed

Once you’re happy with the Prototype build, you confirm with the VQuip team that you’re happy to proceed with the rest of the vehicles.

Fitment Scheduling

The VQuip team will schedule the remaining vehicles for fitout, and your Account Manager will contact you to confirm timelines and build dates for the remaining builds.

Rollout

The remaining builds are completed and delivered to you to mobilise into action!
