That’s a wrap at MOVE Australia 2026!

Oct 18, 2026

Thank you to everyone who visited VQuip at MOVE Australia on 14–15 October at ICC Sydney.

It was a pleasure to welcome visitors to stand H27, connect with customers and industry partners, and meet new faces from across the fleet and transport sectors.

Events like MOVE Australia provide a valuable opportunity to step away from emails, see vehicles up close, and talk about the practical requirements behind a successful fleet fitout. We appreciate everyone who took the time to visit, share their ideas and learn more about VQuip.

Our Kia PV5 fitout on display

This year, we brought our Kia PV5 van fitout to Sydney, giving visitors the opportunity to explore the design in person and speak with our vehicle fitout consultants.

Seeing a fitout up close helps bring the details into focus: how storage is arranged, how equipment can be accessed, and how the available space can support a technician’s daily work.

As businesses consider different vehicles for their fleets, these details deserve attention early in the process. Vehicle selection and fitout design work together, with the tools, equipment and working requirements of the end user helping shape the finished solution.

Continuing the conversation

For VQuip, exhibiting at MOVE Australia was an opportunity to show how we help simplify complex vehicle fitout requirements, from the initial discussion and design through to installation, rollout coordination and QA documentation.

It was also an opportunity to listen. Understanding what fleet teams need from their vehicles, where their current setups create difficulties, and what they are planning next helps us develop practical solutions around the people doing the work.

Whether you visited with a specific project in mind or simply stopped for a look at the Kia PV5, thank you for spending time with our team.

Thank you also to the organisers and fellow exhibitors for bringing the event together, and to the VQuip team who helped prepare our display and make our participation possible.

If we started a conversation at MOVE Australia, we look forward to continuing it. If you couldn’t make it to Sydney, contact VQuip to discuss your next vehicle fitout or fleet rollout.
